I offer workshops and retreats on Embodied Spirituality and Transpersonal Somatics at retreat centres such as the Esalen Institute (Big Sur, California) and in psychotherapy training programmes.
This approach considers all human dimensions — body, instincts, heart, mind, and consciousness — as equal partners on the path to integral growth. It honors the voice and wisdom of the body as the main tools for holistic transformation. Through contemplative physical contact we explore different ways of knowing: somatic, vital, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
